Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
Unfortunately, refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

Are there any exclusions or limitations?
Yes. The membership cannot be used: in conjunction with another dental plan, including CareCredit; for referrals to specialists; for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind; for cost of dental care that would be covered under automobile medical claims; for services or injuries covered under workers compensation; for treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability; for treatment covered by any insurance plan: dental, medical, or worker’s compensation; for Invisalign treatment, in-office whitening, cosmetic treatment; or dental products such as toothbrush.
