How do I schedule my appointment?

Our team will file and track your claims to ensure you get the most out of your benefits. Although we are considered out of network, we still bill your insurance.

We partner with Cherry as a third-party payment option to help you design a payment plan that works for your budget. You can also join our dental savings plan—a flexible alternative to dental insurance that helps you receive quality dental care at an affordable price.

What hours is your office open?
Our office is open Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first visit, please bring your completed new patient forms (found here), any X-rays you’ve had taken at other dental offices, a valid ID, a summary of medications you’re taking and any medical concerns or conditions, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).

How often do I need a dental checkup?
We suggest having a cleaning and checkup every six months. But depending on your oral health needs, we may recommend more frequent checkups.
